Cory Chappell

Vice President, Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Cory is building the company culture from the ground up, fostering the highest levels of performance from the team. Utilizing her strong skills as a communicator, problem solver and influencer, Cory develops and executes the strategic direction for the organization in talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, organizational design and cultural development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and employee relations.

Cory has two decades of leadership in HR, with progressive experience in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Pharmaceutical, and Media and Entertainment in the US and worldwide. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland, College Park and certifications including  Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP.
