Andy Fleischer

A seasoned strategic financial leader, Chief Financial Officer Andy Fleischer has a proven track record of building, leading, and advising companies through high-growth markets, complex operational finance activities, and mergers and acquisitions. He brings to the company over 20 years of financial leadership as CFO in the manufacturing, government contracting, Internet, and eCommerce industries. Andy and his team oversee all financial aspects of UST’s business, with a keen focus on driving cash flow, maximizing profitability, and growing enterprise value.

Andy completed his undergraduate studies at Frostburg State University and received his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
